Motiv Brands, Inc., Leads Motiv, LLC, and their affiliated consumer-facing brands (“Motiv,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operate websites and lead-generation services that help consumers request information and connect with service providers.
When you submit a request through one of our websites, we may use the information you provide to identify an appropriate service provider for the specific product or service you requested.
Depending on the service, Motiv may receive compensation in connection with a referral.

This list may change from time to time as providers are added, removed, or become available for particular services or geographic areas.
How Partners Are Selected
Submitting a request does not mean that your information will be sent to every company listed above.
Motiv may use routing, matching, availability, qualification, ping/post, or bidding technology to determine which provider is appropriate for your request.
The completed consumer lead is intended to be provided exclusively to one selected service provider for the specific service requested, unless otherwise clearly disclosed.
Limited information may be processed through routing systems or prospective providers before final selection to determine factors such as: geographic availability; service eligibility; provider capacity; service type; qualification criteria; or provider availability.
How Partners May Use Your Information
A selected provider may use the information it receives to: respond to your request; contact you regarding the product or service you requested; determine eligibility or availability; provide information, quotes, consultations, or services; and communicate with you as authorized by the consent you provided.
Motiv’s agreements generally prohibit participating providers from reselling or redistributing Motiv leads to another lead buyer.
A selected provider is expected to use the lead for the specific service request for which it received the lead, unless another use has been separately disclosed and authorized.
Calls, Texts, and Other Communications
If you separately provide communications consent, Motiv and/or the selected provider may contact you using the methods described in the disclosure presented when you submit your request.
Depending on the consent provided, these communications may include: telephone calls; SMS or MMS text messages; email; automated dialing technology; prerecorded voice messages; or artificial or AI-generated voice technology.
The specific disclosure presented at the time you submit a form controls the scope of your communications consent.
This Marketing Partners Disclosure does not, by itself, create consent to receive calls, text messages, prerecorded messages, artificial-voice communications, or other marketing communications.
Independent Providers
Participating marketing partners are generally independent third-party businesses.
Motiv does not control a partner’s independent business practices, pricing, products, services, eligibility decisions, underwriting decisions, or performance.
Once you are connected with a provider, that provider may process your information under its own privacy policy and terms.
